We are looking for a highly experienced Senior Workato Developer with 10+ years of experience in software development and enterprise integration, including strong hands-on expertise with Workato. The candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, implementing, and supporting scalable integration solutions across enterprise applications and business systems.

Key Responsibilities

- Design and develop complex enterprise integrations using Workato.
- Build, test, deploy, and maintain Workato recipes, workflows, and integrations.
- Develop integrations using REST/SOAP APIs, webhooks, JSON, XML, OAuth, and authentication mechanisms.
- Integrate applications such as Salesforce, ServiceNow, SAP, Workday, NetSuite, Microsoft Dynamics, databases, and custom applications.
- Design reusable connectors, callable recipes, error-handling frameworks, and integration patterns.
- Analyze business and technical requirements and translate them into scalable integration solutions.
- Perform troubleshooting, root-cause analysis, performance optimization, and production support.
- Establish best practices for integration architecture, security, monitoring, logging, and error handling.
- Work closely with business analysts, architects, developers, QA teams, and stakeholders.
- Participate in architecture discussions and provide technical guidance to development teams.
- Conduct code/design reviews and mentor junior and mid-level developers.
- Manage deployment across development, QA, UAT, and production environments.
- Create technical documentation,



integration specifications, data mappings, and support documentation.
- Ensure solutions meet enterprise security, compliance, scalability, and reliability requirements.

Required Skills

- 10+ years of experience in software development, enterprise integration, or middleware technologies.
- Strong hands-on experience with Workato and enterprise integration development.
- Robust knowledge of REST APIs, SOAP APIs, webhooks, OAuth 2.0, JSON, XML, HTTP, and API authentication.
- Experience with databases and SQL.
- Strong understanding of integration architecture and design patterns.
- Experience with enterprise SaaS and on-premise application integrations.
- Knowledge of ETL/data transformation and synchronization concepts.
- Experience with SDLC, Agile/Scrum, CI/CD, and version/release management.
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder-management skills.

Preferred Skills

- Workato certifications are highly desirable.
- Experience developing custom Workato connectors.
- Experience with API Management and enterprise integration platforms.
- Knowledge of AWS/Azure/GCP integration services.
- Experience with Salesforce, ServiceNow, SAP, Workday, NetSuite, or similar enterprise platforms.
- Familiarity with DevOps and automated deployment practices.
- Experience leading integration projects or technical teams.

Education

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.
