Role Description

This is a full-time role for a Wood Working , based in Cebu, The Philippines. He/She will oversee all wood-related production operations, including planning, optimizing workflows, and ensuring timely delivery while maintaining quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

- Oversee daily manufacturing operations on the factory floor




- Monitor production processes to ensure efficiency, quality, and target output
- Lead and supervise production personnel across manufacturing functions
- Ensure compliance with company production standards and safety protocols
- Coordinate with other departments to address operational concerns and improve workflow
- Identify opportunities for process improvement and productivity enhancement
- Prepare production reports and provide updates to management

Qualifications

- At least 5 years of experience in woodworking, cabinetry, furniture-making, or a related industry
- Furniture-making or strong woodworking background required
- Solid attention to detail and commitment to craftsmanship
- Strong Team Management skills to lead, train, and motivate production teams
- Ability to read technical drawings
- Skilled with woodshop tools and machinery (table saws, planers, CNC, joiners, jigs)
- Proven track record of ensuring product quality and timely delivery
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities to collaborate across departments
- Working knowledge of softwoods for sauna: cedar, aspen, and hemlock is a big plus
