About the Role

We are seeking a Windows Technical Support Analyst with experience in license server administration, infrastructure monitoring, and technical troubleshooting to support critical enterprise license hosting environments.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage and monitor Windows-based license servers.
- Troubleshoot license hosting and application issues.
- Support incident, problem, and change management processes.
- Execute PowerShell-based automation and monitoring activities.
- Monitor uptime, performance, and service availability.
- Maintain technical documentation and operational reports.

- FlexNet/FlexLM/RLM License Server Administration.
