Must-Have:

Subject Matter Expert in Modern Endpoint Management and Workplace Technologies. Experience defining endpoint management strategy, governance, and modernization roadmaps.

Extensive experience leading global endpoint transformation projects

- Strong experience in Microsoft Intune administration and endpoint management.
- Hands-on expertise with Windows Autopilot provisioning and deployment.
- Experience implementing and managing WUfB (Windows Update for Business).
- Strong PowerShell scripting and automation skills.
- Experience managing Windows 10/11 devices in enterprise environments.
- Expertise in Device Compliance Policies,



Configuration Profiles, Security Baselines, and Endpoint Security.
- Knowledge of Microsoft Entra ID (Azure AD) and Hybrid Azure AD Join.
- Experience supporting large-scale endpoint environments.
- Strong troubleshooting and root cause analysis skills.
- Understanding of Modern Workplace and Zero Trust concepts.

- GSCCM/MECM Administration.
- Operating System Deployment (OSD) and Task Sequence Management.
- Windows Patching and Servicing.
- SCCM-Intune Co-management.
- Microsoft Defender for Endpoint.
- Endpoint Analytics.
- Group Policy Modernization.
- Azure Virtual Desktop (AVD).
- Microsoft 365 Administration.
- ITIL Framework knowledge.
- Automation and reporting using PowerShell.
- Microsoft Endpoint Administrator certification.
