We are looking for an experienced Windchill Migration Architect to lead and architect end-to-end PLM migration initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead the architecture, planning and execution of Windchill migration projects.
- Design migration strategies for product data, metadata, documents and business objects.
- Define migration approaches, mapping strategies and validation processes for legacy PLM systems.
- Ensure data integrity, quality and consistency throughout the migration lifecycle.
- Provide technical leadership on migration architecture, methodologies and best practices.
- Work closely with customers to understand requirements and translate them into effective technical solutions.
- Review migration designs, scripts and deliverables for quality,



performance and compliance.
- Mentor migration/development teams and resolve complex technical challenges.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project delivery.

Must-Have Skills
- 8–15 years of relevant experience
- Strong hands-on expertise in PTC Windchill Migration
- Strong knowledge of Windchill Bulk Migrator (WBM)
- Experience in PLM/legacy system migrations
- Robust understanding of data mapping, validation and migration methodologies
- Ability to provide technical/architectural leadership
- Strong customer-facing and communication skills
