- Cogniter Technologies is looking for an experienced Senior Marketing Manager to join our team in Chandigarh.

We are looking for someone who has strong experience in handling US clients and can effectively coordinate between clients and our Design & Development teams to ensure requirements are clearly understood and deliverables are completed within agreed timelines.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage and build strong relationships with US-based clients.
- Understand client requirements, expectations, and business objectives.
- Act as a bridge between clients and internal Design & Development teams.
- Coordinate requirements, timelines, priorities, and project deliverables.
- Conduct client calls, presentations, requirement discussions, and project updates.
- Monitor project progress and ensure timely, quality delivery.
- Proactively resolve client concerns and manage expectations.
- Identify opportunities for upselling, cross-selling,



and long-term business growth.

What We’re Looking For

✅ 8 years of experience in Marketing, Client Management, Digital Marketing, or a related field.

✅ Proven experience working with US/international clients.

✅ Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.

✅ Good understanding of website design, development, and digital marketing.

✅ Solid project coordination and problem-solving abilities.

✅ Experience working with IT/technology teams will be an added advantage.
