TVAMEVA Diagnostics & Health Lounge is looking for a polished, warm, and customer-focused Front Desk Executive to join our team.

If you come from a hospitality, healthcare, premium customer service, or guest relations background and enjoy creating a welcoming experience for every guest, we’d love to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities

• Welcome and assist patients and visitors with warmth and professionalism

- Manage appointments, calls, registrations, and front-desk operations
- Coordinate with doctors, technicians, and internal teams
- Handle patient queries, feedback, billing, and general front-desk requirements
- Maintain accurate patient records and documentation
- Update data and prepare basic reports using MS Excel
- Ensure the reception area is organized, professional, and welcoming
- Support smooth day-to-day administrative and front-office operations

What We’re Looking For

• Hospitality / hotel / guest relations / premium customer service experience preferred

• Strong verbal and written communication skills

• Valuable computer skills, including proficiency in basic office applications





- Working knowledge of MS Excel and ability to maintain records and basic reports
- Excellent interpersonal and customer-handling skills
- Professional appearance and a pleasant, approachable personality
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Patient, courteous, and service-oriented approach
- Ability to handle people and situations with confidence, professionalism, and composure
