Job Summary

The Service Advisor is responsible for acting as the primary point of contact between customers and the service department. The role involves understanding customer concerns, preparing repair/service estimates, coordinating with technicians, monitoring vehicle servicing, and ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities
- Welcome customers and understand their vehicle service and repair requirements.
- Conduct vehicle reception and initial inspection and record customer complaints accurately.
- Prepare job cards with complete details of the required service/repair work.
- Explain recommended services, repairs, estimated costs, and expected delivery time to customers.
- Coordinate with service technicians and the workshop team to ensure timely completion of jobs.




- Monitor the progress of repair and maintenance work.
- Obtain customer approval for additional repairs or replacement of parts when required.
- Coordinate with the spare parts department for required parts and materials.
- Conduct a final inspection/check of completed jobs before vehicle delivery.
- Explain the work completed and charges to customers during vehicle delivery.
- Handle customer queries, complaints, and service-related concerns professionally.
- Maintain accurate records of service orders, estimates, invoices, and customer information.
- Follow Maruti Suzuki service standards, processes, and safety procedures.
- Support customer retention by providing excellent after-sales service.
- Conduct follow-up calls and assist in collecting customer feedback.
- Achieve service-related customer satisfaction, revenue, and productivity targets.
