Maintain compliance and data entry to agreed department conventions and compliance standardsIdentifying opportunities for process and service improvements and making recommendationsDemonstrate positive ‘Customer First’ behaviors to ensure a high level of customer service is provided at all timesProactively identify potential issues with clients and related consultantsSupport head of institutional sales sales directorsReview documents under supervision of Trust Officer and ensure deal is set up correctly on internal systemsInitialize investigations of complaints via internal communication channelsInform the Banking team of potential issues, possible fraud or unexpected activity that is not in line with the customer’s standard instructions
