JJob Summary

We are looking for a motivated and target-oriented Inside Sales Executive to join our sales team. The candidate will be responsible for connecting with potential customers, understanding their requirements, following up on leads, and converting prospects into customers.

Key Responsibilities
- Handle inbound and outbound calls with prospective customers.
- Leads will be provided by the company.
- Understand customer requirements and explain products/services accordingly.
- Follow up with leads through calls, WhatsApp, and email.
- Maintain regular communication with prospective customers.
- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
- Convert qualified leads into successful sales.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and follow-ups.
- Coordinate with the sales and operations teams for smooth order/process completion.




- Build and maintain positive customer relationships.
- Prepare regular reports on lead status, conversions, and sales performance.

Requirements
- Graduate in any discipline.
- 0–3 years of experience in inside sales, telecalling, business development, or customer handling.
- Freshers with good communication skills can also apply.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Good convincing and negotiation abilities.
- Target-oriented and self-motivated.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office and CRM tools.
- Ability to handle multiple leads and follow-ups efficiently.

Job Type: Full time

Pay: Up to ₹30,000.00 per month
