Job Requirements :
- 3-6 years of experience in a similar role within the Design & Build industry.
- Solid skills in proposal development, pitching, and client acquisition.
- Ability to build effective relationships with clients at all levels.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities to drive business growth.
- Experience working in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities and deadlines.
