We are looking for a skilled professional with 5 to 9 years of experience to join our team as an ACN S&C; GN - MC - Industry X - Production & Operations Consultant. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in IT Services & Consulting, particularly in production and operations management.

Roles and Responsibility
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement process improvements.
- Analyze business requirements and develop solutions to enhance operational efficiency.
- Develop and maintain technical documentation for implemented solutions.
- Provide training and support to end-users on new processes and systems.
- Identify and mitigate risks associated with process changes or system failures.
- Monitor and report on key performance indicators to measure solution effectiveness.





Job Requirements
- Strong understanding of industry X concepts and their application in production and operations management.
- Experience with consulting projects involving process improvement and system implementation.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to think critically.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with stakeholders.
- Ability to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines in a rapid-paced environment.
- Strong knowledge of IT services and consulting principles and practices.
