As we build the company, we are looking for a proactive HR & People Operations Intern who wants hands-on exposure to building a startup team and its people processes from the ground up.

Role Overview

This is not a traditional HR administration role.

You will work closely with the founder and take ownership of recruitment, employee coordination, onboarding, HR documentation, and day-to-day people operations.

The ideal candidate is organized, energetic, comfortable speaking to candidates, good at follow-ups, and willing to take ownership rather than wait for instructions.

Key Responsibilities

Recruitment & Hiring — Primary Responsibility
- Understand hiring requirements and convert them into clear job descriptions.
- Source candidates through LinkedIn, job portals, referrals, colleges, and other relevant channels.
- Screen resumes and conduct initial candidate conversations.
- Maintain a structured candidate pipeline.
- Coordinate interviews between candidates and the hiring team.
- Follow up with candidates throughout the hiring process.
- Maintain interview feedback and hiring records.
- Coordinate offer communication and joining formalities.
- Build and maintain a talent pool for future hiring requirements.

2. Employee Onboarding
- Coordinate joining formalities and documentation.
- Prepare onboarding checklists.
- Ensure new employees/interns have the information, tools, and access required to start effectively.
