Job Description

Soluzione is a Microsoft Solutions Partner delivering Dynamics 365, Power Platform, Fabric and Copilot Studio projects for clients in the UK, US, Australia and Singapore. Our LinkedIn page has 10000+ followers. This role is to grow the social media reach and engagements to the people who buy our services — senior IT decision-makers, business leaders in a named list of overseas companies — and turns that reach into sales conversations. Three areas of work — running Paid/Organic LinkedIn/Social media campaigns against a named target-account/ audience list in target country’s); writing and publishing problem-solution & thought leadership focused content, from company leaders profile/ company pages; and capturing relevant enquiries/ conversations and routing them to Business Development.

The job is to generate demand and qualified leads, not just followers and Visitors.

You will:
- Plan & own the social media content calendar across leadership profiles,



the company page, and the publishing of newsletters, posts, articles, blogs & videos.
- Maintain a target-account list for the UK, US and Australia and run LinkedIn campaigns against it — named companies, not broad job-title filters. Budget ~USD 2,500/month, one country at a time.
- Write 2–3 posts a week for each company leader, in their voice, based on real project work, insights and enablers.
- Use the full range of formats — polls, carousels, video, articles, newsletters — and brief Graphic designers or video editors as needed.
- React to Key Microsoft announcements and industry news with Soluzione’ s angle within 24–48 hours.
- Track & Route every qualified enquiry/Lead to Business Development within timelines.
