About the Project

Aastha Parivaar works with marginalized communities in Mumbai to promote dignity, self-reliance and sustainable livelihoods. Through our Skill & Livelihood Centre in Malad Malvani, women are developing skills and creating handmade products as they explore alternative livelihood opportunities.

The Centre produces a range of products including Rakhis, Diyas, jewellery, bags, chocolates, mobile charms, bracelets and other handcrafted products.

We are now looking for a Market Linkage, Branding & Visibility Consultant to help take these products from production to market by building sales opportunities, improving product branding and increasing visibility.

Key Responsibilities
- Build corporate and B2B sales linkages for community-made products.
- Identify opportunities for bulk orders, exhibitions, gifting and retail partnerships.
- Support product branding, packaging, labelling and presentation.
- Develop product catalogues and promotional materials.
- Build social media presence and visibility for the products and livelihood initiative.




- Manage exhibitions, product displays and sales activities.
- Provide market feedback on product design, pricing, quality and customer preferences.

We are looking for someone with:
- 3–5 years of experience in sales, marketing, branding, business development or market linkages.
- Strong networking, communication and negotiation skills.
- Experience in product branding and social media marketing.
- Experience with social enterprises, NGOs or livelihood programmes is preferred.
- A creative, entrepreneurial and stigma-free approach.
