Job Description

We are looking for an experienced, responsible, and hands-on Estate Manager / House Manager to manage the complete day-to-day operations and upkeep of a 3-acre private farmhouse in Chattarpur, New Delhi.

The candidate will be responsible for managing the property, staff, maintenance, horticulture, housekeeping coordination, vendors, utilities, and overall estate operations.

Key Responsibilities
- Manage complete day-to-day operations and upkeep of the private estate.
- Supervise and coordinate a team of 30–40+ employees.
- Manage staff duties, attendance, discipline, performance, and coordination.
- Oversee housekeeping, horticulture, landscaping, maintenance, and estate-support functions.
- Coordinate electrical, plumbing, mechanical, HVAC, water supply, drainage, and other utility maintenance.
- Ensure the residence, gardens, buildings, and external areas are clean,



functional, secure, and well-maintained.
- Coordinate with vendors, contractors, technicians, and service agencies.
- Monitor maintenance activities, inventory, equipment, and estate-related materials.
- Ensure the property is properly prepared for guests, events, and requirements of the CMD/family.
- Identify operational and safety issues and ensure timely corrective action.
- Maintain proper records related to staff, maintenance, vendors, inventory, and property operations.
- Maintain complete confidentiality, discretion, professionalism, and integrity.

Requirements
- 8–15 years of relevant experience in Estate Management, House Management, Facility Management, Luxury Residential Property, Private Farmhouse Management, Hospitality, or a similar environment.
- Experience managing 30–40+ employees is highly preferred.
