*Responsibilities:*
- Role Summary
- Responsible for end-to-end business unit controlling with strong focus on financial analysis, planning,
- forecasting, reporting, and project controlling in a European MNC environment.
- Key Responsibilities
-  Act as finance business partner to department heads and division managers
-  Annual business planning, budgeting, and quarterly forecasting
-  Monthly reporting, variance analysis, and performance reviews
-  Identification of financial risks, opportunities, and corrective measures
-  Project controlling, WIP/POC evaluation, and participation in steering committees
-  Interface with corporate controlling and foreign subsidiaries
-  Business cases, profitability analysis, and ad-hoc financial evaluations
-  SAP-based controlling, investment tracking, and cost/profit center structuring
- Key Skills & Requirements




-  Strong financial analytics and commercial acumen
-  Excellent SAP knowledge (FICO, Project Controlling)
-  Tech-savvy, detail-oriented, deadline-driven
-  Very valuable English (German is an advantage)
-  Strong communication, stakeholder management, and teamwork
-  Independent and structured working style
