We are looking for an experienced
Lead Developer / Technical Lead
to lead complex software projects and provide robust technical direction to our development team.

This is a hands-on leadership role for someone who can understand a system end to end, make sound architectural decisions, guide developers through difficult technical problems, review implementation quality, and take ownership of the technical outcome of a project.

You will work closely with developers, project managers, QA, and company leadership to turn business requirements into scalable, secure, and maintainable software solutions.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead the technical direction of complex software projects from architecture through delivery.
- Design and review system architecture for new products, major features, and platform changes.
- Guide developers on implementation approaches and help resolve difficult technical challenges.
- Conduct code reviews and maintain strong engineering standards across the team.
- Identify potential security, scalability, performance,



and maintainability issues before they become production problems.
- Make architectural and technology decisions based on business requirements and long-term product needs.
- Work with project managers to break complex requirements into practical technical plans.
- Support technical estimation, solution design, and planning for new projects.
- Mentor developers and help improve the overall engineering capability of the team.
- Troubleshoot complex production issues that require understanding across multiple services or components.
- Evaluate new technologies and determine where they add genuine value.
- Take responsibility for the technical quality, stability, and long-term health of the projects you lead.

What We’re Looking For
- 8+ years of professional software development experience.
- Proven experience working as a
Lead Developer, Technical Lead, Staff Engineer, Solution Architect, or similar technical leadership role.
