We are looking for an E-commerce & Growth Manager who will be responsible for managing and growing our online business across the website and marketplaces. The person will focus on increasing online sales, improving website performance, customer acquisition, and overall revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day operations of the e-commerce website and marketplaces.
- Develop and execute strategies to increase online sales and revenue.
- Monitor website performance, conversion rate, traffic, sales and customer behaviour.
- Manage product listings, pricing, offers, discounts and product visibility.
- Coordinate with marketing teams/agencies for Meta Ads, Google Ads and other digital campaigns.
- Analyse campaign performance and identify opportunities for improvement.
- Track key metrics such as ROAS, CAC, conversion rate, AOV, revenue and customer acquisition.
- Identify best-selling and slow-moving products and plan strategies accordingly.
- Plan and execute promotional campaigns, festive offers and product launches.




- Work closely with inventory and operations teams to maintain product availability.
- Analyse competitors, market trends and customer preferences.
- Develop strategies for customer retention and repeat purchases.
- Prepare regular sales and performance reports.
- Take ownership of monthly and quarterly e-commerce sales targets.
- Continuously identify new opportunities to improve online growth and profitability.

Requirements
- 3–5 years of experience in e-commerce, growth, digital sales or a similar role.
- Experience with D2C / fashion / lifestyle brands will be preferred.
- Strong understanding of e-commerce platforms and online sales.
- Positive knowledge of Meta Ads, Google Ads and digital marketing.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Comfortable working with Excel/Google Sheets and e-commerce analytics.
- Understanding of Google Analytics, Shopify or similar platforms is an advantage.
