CHAI KA DHAMKI is a growing food & beverage franchise company focused on providing unique tea, snacks, beverages, and franchise business opportunities. We are looking for energetic and result-oriented Telesales Executives to join our sales team.

Job Responsibilities

Make outbound calls to potential customers and franchise leads.

Explain CHAI KA DHAMKI franchise plans, investment options, and business advantages.

Understand customer requirements and provide suitable franchise information.

Follow up regularly with interested leads.

Convert leads into successful franchise appointments and sales.

Maintain accurate records of calls, follow-ups, and customer feedback.

Schedule meetings or virtual discussions with interested clients.

Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.





Coordinate with the sales team for further discussions and closures.

Maintain professional communication with customers.

Requirements

Good communication skills in English, Telugu & Hindi preferred.

Confident and persuasive communication ability.

Basic knowledge of MS Office/CRM and calling applications.

Ability to handle customer questions and objections.

Target-oriented and self-motivated.

Freshers with good communication skills are welcome.

Previous telesales/telecalling experience is an added advantage.

Salary & Incentives

Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹25,000per month

Salary will based on experience and performance

On-the-spot 2% incentives on principal amount.

Every 3months sallary will be hike based on the perfomance.

Quarterly best employee rewarded amount.
