Role Description
The AI/ML Architect will design and oversee end-to-end AI and machine learning solutions that power HummingBird’s talent platform, ensuring scalability,



reliability, and responsible AI practices. This full time hybrid role is based in Mumbai, with flexibility for partial work-from-home arrangements. Day-to-day responsibilities include defining AI/ML architecture, selecting appropriate technologies and frameworks, and collaborating with engineering teams to implement production-grade models and services. The role involves integrating AI components with existing platform modules, optimizing model performance, and working closely with product managers and stakeholders to translate business needs into technical solutions. The AI/ML Architect will also establish best practices for MLOps, data governance, and model monitoring, while mentoring team members and contributing to continuous improvement of the AI ecosystem.
