Project Manager – Industrial Construction

About the Role

We are looking for a highly experienced Project Manager to lead and manage industrial construction projects from planning through final handover. The ideal candidate should have strong experience in industrial sheds, warehouses, factories, PEB and large-scale construction projects.

Key Responsibilities
- Take complete ownership of project execution from planning to handover.
- Prepare and monitor project schedules, milestones and execution plans.
- Manage Civil, Structural/PEB and MEP coordination.
- Monitor project progress, productivity, quality, cost and timelines.
- Manage contractors, consultants, vendors, engineers and site teams.
- Identify project risks, delays and bottlenecks and implement corrective actions.
- Control project costs, material consumption and wastage.




- Conduct regular project review meetings and provide MIS reports to management.
- Handle client coordination, technical discussions and project-related issues.
- Ensure compliance with quality, safety and company standards.
- Coordinate multiple projects and ensure timely completion within approved budget.
- Drive the team towards achieving project targets and successful handover.

What We Are Looking For

A hands-on and result-oriented Project Leader who can independently take charge of projects, manage teams and contractors, solve execution challenges and deliver projects on time, within budget and as per quality standards.
