Job Purpose
*This position is for the profile of shift Engineer of*
Tractor Assembly Line – Production
Key Responsibilities
- Supervising shift activities on shop floor
- Meeting daily production requirement- Plan Vs Actual
- Meeting daily Manufacturing index requirement- Plan Vs Actual
- Responsible for NPL (New Product Launch) at line
- Responsible for Safety Compliance at shop floor
- Responsible for Quality activities & adherence of ADPU, OKOL, CPA index
- Responsible for ensuring CQA/CPA audit in assy line
- Pokayoke adherence & Recent Pokayoke implementation to control Man/Method error
- Responsible for CBS+ (SAF/WO/LOG/QC/NPL etc) activities in assy line
- To ensure no Rejection/ Scrap of Part due to Human Error
- To ensure daily clearance of Rej
