Roles and Responsibilities :
- Design, implement, and maintain virtualized desktop infrastructure using Microsoft Azure.
- Troubleshoot issues with virtual machines, networks, and storage to ensure optimal performance.
- Collaborate with IT teams to develop policies and procedures for managing user accounts, permissions, and access control.
- Provide technical support for end-users on desktop-related issues.
Job Requirements :
- 4-6 years of experience in a similar role or related field (IT Services & Consulting).
- Solid knowledge of Microsoft Azure platform including virtual machines, networking, storage, and security features.
- Experience with VMware vSphere or other hypervisor technologies is an asset.
