Joining Period: ImmediateAbout the RoleThe UX/UI Designer is responsible for translating validated UX research and interaction designs into clear, consistent, and build-ready visual interfaces across the platform.The role creates screens, layouts, UI components, visual assets, design-system elements, and interactive prototypes, ensuring consistency in visual language, responsiveness, accessibility, and user interaction patterns.Working closely with the UX/UI Analyst, Business Analysts, Developers, and QA Engineers, the designer ensures that approved designs are technically practical and accurately translated into implementation-ready specifications for the delivery pods.The role also supports developers during implementation by clarifying design intent, reviewing completed interfaces, and ensuring adherence to the established design system.Ultimately, the UX/UI Designer transforms validated UX concepts into qualified,



intuitive, consistent, and production-ready user interfaces across the platform.ResponsibilitiesProduce screen designs and visual assets within the established design system (Figma). Build and maintain design-system components under the UX/UI Analyst//'s direction. Create prototype flows to support usability testing and stakeholder reviews. Prepare developer handoff specifications — spacing, states, assets, and token usage. Support usability testing sessions — logistics, note-taking, and findings compilation. Apply accessibility guidance (contrast, sizing, focus states) in all deliverables. Incorporate review feedback promptly and maintain design-file hygiene.
