Job Role: AI Technical Lead
Experience: 5+ Years
Location: Pune
We are looking for an experienced AI Technical Lead with robust hands-on expertise in Generative AI, LLM, Agentic AI, RAG, and Python to design and develop scalable enterprise AI solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and develop Generative AI and Multi-Agent AI solutions.
- Build and optimize RAG pipelines for enterprise applications.
- Develop AI solutions using Python, LangChain, LangGraph, and MCP.
- Work on LLM fine-tuning using Hugging Face, LoRA and PEFT.
- Apply Prompt Engineering and Context Engineering to improve AI performance.
- Build and integrate Knowledge Graphs using Neo4j with RAG solutions.
- Work with vector databases, data pipelines, and semantic search.
- Lead technical architecture, code reviews, mentoring, and AI solution delivery.
