Key Responsibilities
- Strategic Leadership:
- Design and implement an overall recruiting strategy tailored to our company's needs.
- Analyze the effectiveness of recruitment channels and technologies to make data-driven decisions.
- Team Management:
- Lead, mentor, and develop the talent acquisition team.
- Ensure consistent recruitment processes and practices across the organization.
- Stakeholder Management:
- Partner with department managers to identify future hiring needs.




- Work closely with the HR and executive teams to ensure alignment with company goals.
- Candidate Experience:
- Enhance the company's employer brand in the marketplace.
- Ensure a positive experience for all candidates, from initial contact through onboarding.
- Process Improvement:
- Continuously evaluate and refine recruitment processes.
- Utilize metrics to measure the effectiveness and efficiency of recruitment tactics.
- Vendor Management:
- Oversee relationships with external recruitment agencies and other talent-related vendors.
- Evaluate and manage the use of recruiting software and platforms.
- Compliance:
- Ensure all recruiting processes are compliant with local, state, and federal regulations.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- Experience with ATS systems.
- Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
