We're looking for a hands-on Webflow expert who can own end-to-end delivery of our portfolio websites — from CMS architecture and micro-interactions to cross-device responsiveness and custom code integrations — while also stepping into a light people-management role, leading a small design team of two designers on Figma-to-Webflow project execution.

Key Responsibilities

Webflow Development (Individual Contributor)

- Build & maintain responsive, production-grade websites in Webflow — desktop, laptop, tablet, mobile
- CMS architecture: collections, agile content, reusable components/symbols
- Micro-animations & interactions: scroll-triggered, hover states, page transitions (Webflow native + GSAP/Lottie where needed)
- Custom code & integrations: third-party plugins, external APIs/connections (GPS/location features, form/CRM integrations, analytics)
- Localization: multi-locale site setups where required
- Performance & SEO: optimization, accessibility, best practices across all builds
- Figma → Webflow: pixel-accurate, animation-rich translation of designs
- Maintenance: troubleshoot and support existing portfolio sites

Design Team & Project Management
- Lead 2 designers day-to-day, coordinating Figma → Webflow handoffs for any portfolio website project
- Plan & track design project timelines, deliverables, quality standards
- Run check-ins/stand-ups; unblock and support designers through delivery
- Coordinate with dev team's PM: when the development team needs design deliverables (assets, mockups, UI screens),



you own getting those delivered from your team — you do not manage the dev team's workflow
- Report upward: project status, risks, timelines to leadership
- Document: design/dev handoff process and Webflow build standards

Requirements

Experience & Education
- Minimum 3 years hands-on Webflow development experience (CMS, interactions/animations, responsive design, custom code)
- Minimum 1 year experience in a technical management/leadership role (e.g., Team Lead, Scrum Master, or similar) — does not need to be design-specific, but must show people/workflow coordination experience
- Bachelor's degree in any technical stream (BTech / BE / equivalent)

Technical Skills

- Strong command of Webflow: CMS, interactions, custom code embeds, symbols/components, responsive breakpoints
- Experience with animation tooling (Webflow native interactions, GSAP, Lottie, or similar)
- Familiarity with integrating external APIs/plugins/third-party connections into Webflow projects
- Working knowledge of Figma (interpreting design files, specs, prototypes, handoff annotations)
- Understanding of web performance, cross-browser/cross-device QA, and basic SEO fundamentals
- Exposure to localization/multi-language site setups is a plus

Management Skills

- Comfortable owning a small team's workflow and delivery cadence, even without a formal "manager" title previously
- Clear communicator, able to report upward to leadership on project status
- Organized, able to run a design pipeline independently while collaborating with a separate development PM
