We are looking for an experienced Wealth Relationship Manager/AVP B2C to manage and grow relationships with HNI and affluent clients, provide investment solutions and achieve business and revenue objectives.

Key Responsibilities

- Understand clients’ financial goals, risk appetite and investment horizon through detailed discussions and portfolio reviews.
- Provide research-based investment advice across Mutual Funds, Insurance, PMS, AIFs, Bonds, Equity, Structured Products and other wealth solutions.
- Conduct regular portfolio reviews and recommend suitable investment strategies across asset classes.
- Build and nurture long-term client relationships through meetings, portfolio discussions, client visits and virtual interactions.
- Act as a trusted advisor and single point of contact for investment and service requirements.
- Achieve targets across revenue, client acquisition, retention and wallet share.
- Drive cross-sell and upsell, identify portfolio gaps and increase product penetration.




- Acquire new clients through referrals, networking and other business-development initiatives.
- Work with research, product and operations teams for seamless client servicing.
- Maintain high standards of compliance, suitability, risk assessment, documentation and fair practices.

Candidate Profile

- Graduate/Postgraduate in Finance, Commerce, Economics or related discipline; CFP/NISM/CFA preferred.
- Investment product knowledge is mandatory.
- 4–10+ years of experience in wealth management, investment advisory or private banking.
- Proven experience managing HNI/Affluent clients and achieving revenue targets.
- Robust understanding of financial markets, investment products and portfolio advisory.
- Excellent communication, presentation, analytical and relationship-building skills.
- High integrity with a strong client-centric and solution-oriented approach.
