Role Description The IT Recruiter will manage end-to-end hiring processes for technical and IT roles, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and coordinating selection decisions. Day-to-day responsibilities include partnering with hiring managers to define role requirements, creating job postings, leveraging multiple channels to identify talent, and maintaining a strong candidate pipeline. The role also involves conducting initial technical and cultural fit assessments, organizing interview schedules, negotiating offers, and ensuring a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment lifecycle.





The IT Recruiter will maintain accurate recruitment records, support employer branding initiatives, and contribute to continuous improvement of hiring practices. This is a full-time, on-site position based in Hyderabad.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong skills in Full-life Cycle Recruiting and Recruiting, covering sourcing through onboarding.
- Candidates should possess proven experience in IT Recruitment and Technical Recruiting for a variety of technology roles.
- Candidates should possess solid skills in Hiring, including candidate evaluation, offer negotiation, and stakeholder coordination.
- Candidates should possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with hiring managers and candidates.
- Candidates should possess strong organizational and time-management abilities to handle multiple requisitions simultaneously.
- Candidates should possess familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS), professional networking platforms, and up-to-date sourcing tools.
- Candidates should possess a bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, IT, or a related field; relevant certifications in recruitment or HR are an advantage.
- Candidates should possess knowledge of current IT trends and common technology stacks; prior experience recruiting in the IT training or education sector is a plus.
