? Experience: 3–4 Years
? Qualification: Graduate, preferably Commerce
? Industry: FMCG / Quick Commerce / Retail / E-commerce
We are looking for a Warehouse Supervisor with strong experience in Inventory Management, Dispatch Planning, Order Processing & MIS Reporting.
⭐ Quick Commerce Operations experience will be highly preferred.
? Key Responsibilities:• Manage inventory levels, stock reconciliation & variance analysis
- Handle end-to-end order processing and fulfillment
- Plan and monitor daily/weekly dispatches
- Coordinate with warehouse, logistics, procurement & transporters
- Track TAT, SLA, order fulfillment & dispatch accuracy
- Prepare MIS reports for inventory, orders & dispatch performance
- Handle and analyze large volumes of operational data
- Use Advanced MS Excel – Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, SUMIFS & Dashboards
- Identify process gaps and support operational improvements
