Role Overview

We are looking for a proactive Marketing Executive to support social media management, digital marketing activities, vendor coordination, employee branding, internal communications, and marketing operations.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage and update company social media platforms (LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, X, YouTube, etc.).
- Create, schedule, and monitor social media content and engagement.
- Support digital marketing campaigns, events, webinars, and brand-building initiatives.
- Coordinate with internal teams, agencies, and vendors for marketing activities.
- Handle employee branding and internal communication initiatives.




- Shoot and edit basic marketing videos (minimum 1 year of experience required).
- Track vendor invoices, payments, and marketing expenses; coordinate with finance for timely processing.
- Maintain marketing records, reports, presentations, and collateral.

Required Qualifications

- Graduate in Marketing,
- Business Administration, Communications, or related field.
- Experience in marketing coordination, digital marketing, or social media management.
- Strong communication, coordination, and organizational skills.
- Valuable knowledge of social media platforms and digital marketing concepts.
- Proficiency in MS Office .(Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
