We are looking for an experienced Hardware Asset Management (HAM) professional responsible for end-to-end governance, control, lifecycle management, compliance, inventory accuracy, cost optimization, and operational support of hardware assets within an ITSM / Service Management environment. The ideal candidate should have strong hands-on experience in ServiceNow HAM / ITAM, asset lifecycle workflows, stockroom and inventory management, CMDB alignment, procurement coordination, audit readiness, reporting, and ITIL-aligned service operations.
Minimum Qualification: 15 years of full time education
