Role Description This is a remote volunteer role supporting the foundation’s educational and outreach initiatives. Volunteers may assist with developing learning materials, coordinating virtual mentorship sessions, and supporting online workshops or tutoring programs. The role can also involve communicating with families or partner organizations, documenting program activities, and providing feedback to help improve the foundation’s services.





Day-to-day tasks will be assigned based on the volunteer’s skills and availability, with flexibility to accommodate different schedules. Volunteers collaborate with the core team and other volunteers to ensure consistent, supportive engagement for children in the program.

Qualifications

- Strong communication skills, including explicit written and verbal communication and active listening.
- Interest or experience in education, mentoring, tutoring, or child development.
- Ability to work independently in a remote setting, manage time effectively, and meet agreed-upon commitments.
- Comfort using basic digital tools and online platforms for communication, collaboration, and content sharing.
- Empathy, patience, and a genuine commitment to supporting underprivileged children and inclusive education.
- Prior volunteer or community service experience is beneficial but not required.
- Availability to contribute on a regular schedule, even if only a few hours per week.
