Position: Visual Merchandising Designer

Role Overview The Visual Merchandising Designer is responsible for conceptualizing and designing impactful visual merchandising solutions that enhance the customer experience and strengthen brand identity across retail stores. The role focuses on creating creative window displays, seasonal and campaign launches, developing new VM concepts, and ensuring timely execution of designs across all stores.

Key Responsibilities

- Design compelling window displays and visual merchandising concepts that align with the brand's identity and seasonal campaigns.
- Conceptualize and develop creative VM themes for product launches, festive campaigns, and brand initiatives.
- Create innovative and engaging in-store display solutions that drive customer engagement and sales.
- Develop detailed VM guidelines, design layouts, and implementation manuals for store execution.
- Collaborate closely with Marketing, Buying, Retail Operations, and Store Teams to ensure seamless rollout of campaigns.
- Manage the end-to-end execution of VM projects, ensuring implementation is completed accurately and within agreed timelines.
- Conduct regular store visits to assess execution quality,



maintain VM standards, and recommend improvements.
- Stay updated on global retail trends, materials, and design innovations to continuously introduce fresh ideas into the VM strategy.
- Coordinate with vendors and production partners to ensure high-quality execution within budget.
- Monitor project timelines and proactively resolve implementation challenges to ensure on-time launches.
