You should have:

- Bachelor’s degree in design, Fine Arts. (BFA/B.Des only)
- Minimum 2-4 years of experience in designing campaigns, social media posts, case studies, brochures, posters, presentations, website and more
- The ability to visually tell a story based on written scripts and discussions with writers and other team members
- Expertise in design software like Illustrator, Figma
