We are looking for an experienced and passionate Visa Counsellor to join our team.
Experience Required: Minimum 1 year of experience in Student Counselling is mandatory. Experience in overseas education/visa counselling will be an added advantage.
Key Responsibilities:• Counsel students regarding study-abroad opportunities, courses, and universities
- Understand students’ academic and career goals and suggest suitable options
- Guide students through the admission and visa application process
- Assist with documentation and application preparation
- Prepare students for visa interviews
- Follow up with students and maintain regular communication
- Stay updated with visa rules and international education requirements
- Achieve counselling and conversion targets
Requirements:✅ Minimum 1 year of Student Counselling experience
✅ Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
✅ Strong counselling and convincing abilities
✅ Knowledge of overseas education and visa processes
✅ Valuable follow-up and documentation skills
✅ Target-oriented and customer-focused approach
