Dolphin Infra is looking for a creative and energetic Video Content Creator & Social Media Executive who can take ownership of the complete content cycle — from shooting and editing to publishing and managing social media content.

? Key Responsibilities

- Plan and shoot high-quality videos, Reels, short-form content and photos.
- Edit videos for Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube and other social platforms.
- Create engaging and trend-focused video content.
- Handle video editing, transitions, captions, music, effects and basic color correction.
- Manage and publish content across social media platforms.
- Stay updated with the latest social media trends, formats and content styles.
- Coordinate with the marketing/HR team for content requirements.
- Maintain a consistent brand look and content quality.
- Suggest new creative ideas to improve reach and engagement.

- ?️ Required Skills

- Strong knowledge of video shooting and editing.
- Hands-on experience with Premiere Pro, After Effects, DaVinci Resolve, CapCut or similar tools.




- Good understanding of Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts and LinkedIn content.
- Basic photography and knowledge of lighting/framing.
- Creative mindset with robust visual storytelling skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple content projects.
