Someone who watches a reel three times and says "wait, how did they do that" and then actually goes and figures it out. Someone who takes their work seriously but doesn't take themselves too seriously.

Turning raw, chaotic footage into videos people actually stop scrolling for Pitching your own ideas, formats, and weird little creative experiments Getting hands on with Premiere Pro and After Effects to add that extra oomph Whipping up static designs on Canva that look just as valuable as your edits Filming and shooting content, on your own and alongside team members, whether that's a quick phone shoot or a proper set up with lights and a camera Directing shoots, guiding shots, angles, and setups so the footage actually works when it reaches the edit Owning your projects fully,



from that first spark of an idea to hitting export Staying a little too online so you always know what's trending before it's trending Working with a team that will actually listen to your ideas and probably steal a few What We're Hoping You Bring? 1 to 2 years of solid video editing experience You know Premiere Pro and After Effects like the back of your hand Comfortable on Canva, and if you can also work Photoshop, that's basically a cherry on top (your words, and we love that energy) Genuine comfort with shooting and filming, being on set, working with a team, and directing when needed, not just editing what someone else captured A creative eye.
