Role Description This is a full-time Video Editor role based in Hyderabad with a hybrid work model, allowing a mix of in-office collaboration and work-from-home flexibility.

The Video

Editor will be responsible for editing video content for social media, ads, YouTube, and other digital platforms, ensuring that storytelling, pacing, and visual style align with campaign objectives and brand guidelines. Day-to-day tasks include organizing raw footage, applying color grading, adding motion graphics and titles, selecting music and sound effects, and preparing final outputs in the required formats. The role involves closely collaborating with creative strategists, copywriters, and marketing managers to interpret briefs, refine edits based on feedback, and deliver high-quality, on-brand video assets within deadlines.

Editor will also stay current with platform trends and best practices to help shape visually engaging and high-performing content.

Qualifications

- Strong skills in Video Production and Video Editing, with experience handling end-to-end post-production workflows.
- Proficiency in Video Color Grading, ensuring consistent and appealing visual tone across different types of content.
- Ability to create and integrate Motion Graphics and Graphics to enhance storytelling and brand identity in videos.
- Hands-on experience with qualified editing and compositing tools (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, DaVinci Resolve, Final Cut Pro or similar).
- Solid understanding of aspect ratios, formats, and technical requirements for social media, ads, and YouTube content.
- Strong visual sense, attention to detail, and ability to work with brand guidelines and creative briefs.
- Effective communication skills and ability to collaborate in a hybrid environment with cross-functional teams.
- Relevant education in film, media, design, or a related field is preferred; a portfolio or showreel demonstrating prior work is required.
