- Review commercial terms of agreements, undertakings and contracts.
- Evaluate commercial viability and key commercial risks
- Assess commercial provisions of technology transfer agreement, and contractual obligations

Key Skills
- Experience: 5+ years
- Good client management and stakeholder management

Qualifications
- B.Tech / MBA / qualified Chartered Accountant (CA)
