Warehouse Coordinator

Job Summary: Responsible for coordinating day-to-day warehouse operations, managing inventory, and ensuring the smooth and timely movement of goods. The role involves close coordination with transportation partners and the Head Office, while identifying opportunities to reduce transportation costs and improve overall operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities
- Manage and monitor warehouse inventory to ensure accurate stock levels and proper record keeping.
- Coordinate with transportation companies to arrange timely pickup and delivery of goods.
- Ensure the smooth movement of goods from the warehouse to customers, branches, or other locations.
- Track shipments and coordinate with transporters to resolve delays or delivery-related issues.
- Negotiate and work with transportation companies to identify opportunities for reducing transportation costs.
- Monitor transportation expenses and ensure cost-effective logistics operations.
- Coordinate with the Head Office regarding inventory, dispatches, deliveries, and other warehouse-related requirements.




- Maintain proper documentation and records for inventory, transportation, dispatches, and receipts.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely availability and movement of goods.
- Identify operational issues and take appropriate action to maintain smooth warehouse and logistics operations.
- Support continuous improvement initiatives to improve efficiency, reduce costs, and minimize delays.
- Ensure adherence to company procedures and maintain a secure and organized warehouse environment.
