Job Description:
Replacement and vacant position MPR creation
Candidates Sourcing from various Mode's referral, social media, Internal elevation etc.
Organising Interview with Ops team
Coordinating with candidates for Onboarding and offer generation.
Post Joining Induction and facilitation with candidates.
Requirement:
Must be Graduate, has experience TA (Pre and post)
Complete Employee cycle.
Positive in Communication skills (Written verbal)
Must Know MS Office Email etc
Darwin Box application knowledge will be added advantage.
