Job Summary

The Guest Relations Executive (GRE) is responsible for delivering exceptional guest experiences by welcoming guests, handling their requests, resolving complaints, and ensuring a smooth check-in and check-out process. The GRE acts as the primary point of contact for guests and works closely with all departments to maintain high standards of customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities
- Welcome guests warmly and ensure a positive first impression.
- Assist with check-in and check-out procedures.
- Handle guest inquiries, requests, and complaints professionally.
- Coordinate with Housekeeping, Food & Beverage, and Maintenance teams to fulfill guest requirements.
- Ensure VIP guests receive personalized service.
- Maintain guest records, preferences, and feedback.
- Promote hotel facilities, services, and ongoing offers.
- Conduct follow-up calls to ensure guest satisfaction.




- Resolve guest issues promptly and escalate when required.
- Maintain the reception and lobby area in a clean and professional manner.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and service standards.

Qualifications
- Graduate in any discipline (Hotel Management preferred).
- 1–3 years of experience in Hospitality, Hotels, Resorts, or Customer Service.
- Fluency in English and Hindi (additional languages are an advantage).

Salary: 20000/- + Incentives

Pay: ₹20,944.90 - ₹22,449.43 per month
