A leading and rapidly growing pharmaceutical organisation is looking for an accomplished sales leader to head its Ortho/Gynec business at a national level.

This is a strategic leadership role for professionals with a proven track record of driving large-scale business growth, building high-performing teams, and delivering sustained success within the Cardio-Diabetic segment.

Position: Sales Head (NSM) – Ortho/Gynec (1), Cardio Diabetic (1), Multi-Speciality (1)

Job Location: Mumbai

Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and drive the national business strategy for the assigned therapeutic segment/division.
- Develop and execute sales plans to achieve revenue, market share, and growth objectives.
- Build, mentor, and inspire high-performing sales leadership teams across regions and zones.
- Drive field force effectiveness, productivity, and capability development initiatives.
- Monitor business performance through regular reviews and strategic interventions.
- Collaborate with Marketing, Training, Medical Affairs,



and Commercial Excellence teams to ensure successful execution of business plans.
- Identify market opportunities and develop strategies to strengthen market leadership.
- Ensure effective implementation of sales and marketing initiatives across the country.
- Develop succession pipelines and strengthen organisational capability through talent development.

Desired candidate profile:
- Minimum 4–5 years of experience in Fourth Line Sales/Pan India sales Leadership roles.
- Mandatory experience in the respective/vacant therapy segment.
- Demonstrated success in managing large national or multi-regional businesses.
- Proven track record of consistently delivering and exceeding business objectives.
