About the Role

We are looking for a creative and performance-oriented Digital Marketing Executive to manage and grow the online presence of LBK Cadets Pathshala. The candidate will be responsible for planning and executing digital marketing campaigns, generating leads, managing social media, and improving online visibility.

Key Responsibilities
- Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns across Meta (Facebook & Instagram), Google and YouTube.
- Create, manage and optimize Facebook/Instagram Ads for lead generation and admissions.
- Manage social media accounts and prepare engaging content, captions, hashtags and posting strategies.
- Develop strategies to increase reach, engagement, followers and leads.
- Monitor campaign performance, analyse key metrics and optimize campaigns according to results.




- Conduct basic SEO and keyword research to improve website and YouTube visibility.
- Coordinate with the content/video/design team for reels, videos, posters and other creatives.
- Manage and improve Google Business Profile and other online listings.
- Track leads and coordinate with the admission/counselling team for follow-ups.
- Prepare regular reports covering ad spend, leads, CPL, reach, engagement and conversions.
- Stay updated with the latest digital marketing trends, Meta Ads updates and social media algorithms.

Required Skills
- Practical knowledge of Meta Ads Manager
- Facebook & Instagram marketing
- Google Ads knowledge
- YouTube marketing and SEO
- Social media management
- Lead generation and conversion campaigns
- Basic SEO and keyword research
- Canva / Photoshop / CapCut or similar tools
- Google Analytics / Search Console knowledge is an advantage
- Good communication and analytical skills
