Role Purpose: Turn structured operational data into clear, trustworthy, decision-ready insight. The analyst pulls data from internal tracking systems, validates and prepares it, applies statistical reasoning to separate real signal from noise, and communicates the result through dashboards,



KPIs and written summaries that operational and leadership teams can act on.

This is an insight and decision-support role, not a data engineering role. No prior domain experience is required; business context is trained on the job.
