Job Description

We are looking for an experienced and result-oriented Senior Academic Counsellor to join our growing EdTech team. The ideal candidate should have strong experience in student counselling, online education admissions, lead conversion, and end-to-end enrollment management.

Key Responsibilities
- Counsel students and working professionals regarding online UG/PG programs.
- Handle inbound and outbound leads through calls, WhatsApp, and other channels.
- Understand student requirements and recommend suitable courses and universities.
- Manage the complete admission journey from counselling to application and fee closure.
- Achieve monthly admission and revenue targets.
- Follow up with prospective students and maintain a healthy sales pipeline.




- Maintain accurate lead and admission records in CRM.
- Coordinate with academic, operations, and university teams for smooth enrollment.
- Build strong relationships with students and ensure a positive counselling experience.

Candidate Profile
- 2+ years of experience in Academic Counselling, Admissions, or EdTech Sales preferred.
- Prior experience in online education admissions will be highly preferred.
- Experience handling admissions for Amity University Online, NMIMS, or similar universities will be an added advantage.
- Strong knowledge of online UG/PG programs and the higher education admission process.
- Excellent communication, counselling, negotiation, and follow-up skills.
- Proven track record of achieving admission and conversion targets.
- Strong lead management and relationship-building skills.
- Comfortable working in a target-driven environment.
- Immediate joiners will be preferred.
