Job Summary

We are looking for enthusiastic and customer-friendly Team Members to join our Baskin Robbins outlet. The candidate will assist with customer service, order handling, product preparation, billing, and daily outlet operations.

Key Responsibilities
- Greet customers and provide friendly service.
- Take orders and handle billing/POS transactions.
- Prepare and serve ice creams and beverages as per company standards.
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of the outlet.
- Arrange and replenish products and supplies.
- Follow food safety and hygiene standards.
- Assist the team in daily outlet operations.
- Handle customer queries politely.

Requirements
- Good communication and customer service skills.
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
- Team player with a customer-focused approach.
- Freshers are welcome to apply.
- Previous experience in QSR, café, restaurant, or retail is an advantage.

Pay: ₹8,086.00 - ₹12,000.00 per month
