We are hiring enthusiastic and target-oriented Junior Business Development Associates (BDA) to join our team in the Education and Design sector.
The candidate will be responsible for handling prospective student enquiries, understanding their requirements, explaining relevant programs, conducting follow-ups, coordinating counselling sessions, and converting qualified leads into admissions.
This is a full-time Business Development / Inside Sales role involving regular interaction with students and parents.
Roles & Responsibilities
- Handle incoming enquiries through calls, WhatsApp, email, and other channels.
- Make outbound calls to prospective students and parents.
- Understand students' interests, career goals, and program requirements.
- Explain program details, eligibility, duration, career opportunities, and admission procedures.
- Follow up with prospective students and maintain an active sales pipeline.
- Schedule counselling sessions, institute visits, demos, and orientation sessions.
- Convert qualified leads into admissions.
- Achieve monthly sales and enrolment targets.
- Maintain accurate lead and follow-up records in CRM/Excel.
- Coordinate with counselling, academic, and admissions teams.
- Participate in education events, workshops, exhibitions, and promotional activities.
- Build strong relationships with prospective students and parents.
- Provide regular updates on lead status, follow-ups, and conversions.
Preferred Candidate Profile
- 0 to 2 years of experience in Business Development, Inside Sales, Education Sales, Admissions, Telecalling, Counselling, or Customer Relationship roles.
- Freshers with strong communication and interpersonal skills can also be considered.
- Comfortable communicating with students and parents.
- Robust follow-up and convincing abilities.
- Target-oriented and self-motivated.
- Good verbal and written communication skills.
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
